Penultimate page stamped "PAVEL CHOC, Praha XII, Dykova 29.", signed by P. Choc on the title page. Provenance: from the collection of MUDr. Jiří Kačer. Very good condition, only slightly scratched, soiled and partially loose binding, front endsheet professionally glued to the book block.
