CANDLESTICK WITH FLOWERS AND BIRDS

Majolica candlestick on a low triangular base, three curved rods connected in the middle with a flower at the top, supporting a flat dish with a candle holder. The lower part is adorned with volutes, and a bird sits on each of them. Fired red clay, white glaze, brightly painted floral motifs and ornaments in a folk style. H. 18 cm. Bottom with brush mark "TU" and date"1943.". Condition restored.
