Arnošt Hello: Člověk. Book format 8°, 20x12 cm. 484 numbered pages (actually 500 pages - from page 425 wrong pagination: again from page 409) on handmade paper from Velké Losiny, in Czech, translated and published by Josef Florian in Stará Říše in 1909 with the help of friends. Title page (woodcut) printed in black and white, hand-colored. Two-color (black-red) printed initials and vignettes by Leon Bloy and other illustrations, notes, and corrections in pencil. Half-leather custom binding with four raised bands in brown leather and marbled paper, marked on the back endsheet "A. MALIK - PRAGUE," the cover is not bound inside, spine with black label with gold letters. The binding is worn, the spine is torn, pages slightly stained. Listy svaté Kateřiny Sienské. Book format 12°, 16x12 cm. 264 numbered pages on handmade paper with watermarks "MBM" and "Alexandra," in Czech. Title page printed in yellow and black. Graphic design by Karl Schwetz, a vignette by Leon Bloy at the end. Full-leather custom binding with five raised bands in brown leather with gold decoration, marked on the back endsheet "A. MALIK - PRAGUE," the cover is not bound inside, with a cardboard case. Translated and published by Antonín Ludvík Stříž in Osvětimany in 1912 in 700 unnumbered copies as the 4th volume of the Dobré dílo editorial series. Printed by František Obzina in Vyškov. Slightly faded color of the spine, slightly worn spine, slightly stained pages, browned edges, overall in good condition.
